• Stay well hydrated the day before and the day of your appointment
• Eat a healthy meal before your visit — do not arrive fasting
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior
• Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 72 hours if safe to do so
• Let us know in advance if you are on blood thinners or have any medical conditions

During Treatment:

• We’ll draw a small amount of your blood and process it in a centrifuge.
• The PRP is then injected into targeted areas using a fine needle or microneedling technique.
• You may feel some pressure or mild discomfort, but it’s generally well tolerated.

After Treatment:

• You may experience redness, tenderness, or a sunburn-like sensation for up to 48 hours.
• Swelling or bruising can occur, particularly around the eyes or injection sites.
